In this powerful episode, I sit down with Maggie Parr to explore her courageous journey through self-harm, depression, and finding hope again. Maggie shares her story of struggling with her mental health while working at "the happiest place on Earth," proving that even in the most magical settings, inner battles can persist. She opens up about the steps she took to stop self-harming and how she rebuilt her life with resilience and self-compassion.
